What You Will GetToDo

• Act as a trusted client-facing Business Analyst partnering closely with the Product Manager to deliver new featuresandenhancementsfor a Money Market portal.

• Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand businessneedsstakeholder requirements andworkflowstranslating these into clear value-driven requirements.

• Lead andfacilitaterequirementsdiscovery sessions and workshops critically assessing information provided and constructively challenging assumptions.

• Document businessstakeholderfunctionalnon-functionaland transitionalrequirements producing high-quality business and business-technical documentation that is clearaccurate and fit for purpose.

• Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to shape andvalidatesolutions that balance client needs regulatory obligations and strategic productobjectives.

• Translate requirements into well-defined epics user stories and acceptance criteria that support efficient Agile delivery.

• Provide clarity and direction during sprintand Agile ceremonies support UAT andfacilitateclient sign-off.

• Be an advocate for high-quality Business Analysis across thedivision supporting the Head of Profession to embed best practice improve ways of working and promote consistent standards.

What You Will Bring

• 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing Agile delivery environment working as part of a globally distributed delivery team.

• Demonstrable experience within Money Markets or closely related financial markets (e.g.cash liquidity short-term investments or institutional banking platforms).

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment with hands-on experience contributing to sprint ceremonies and iterative delivery.

• Proven ability to elicitanalyse and document business functional and non-functional requirements to a high standard.

• Strong analytical and modelling skills including:

• Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and UML

• Data modelling and data flow analysis

• Experience working with data and databases (e.g.SQL Server) to support analysis validation andissueinvestigation.

• Ability to critically assess stakeholder input challenge constructively and provide informed recommendations.

• Experience working with focused cross-functional delivery teams with strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Customer- and client-focused mindset with an appreciation for accuracy transparency and trust in financial products.

Desirable

• Experience working on digital platforms or portals within Money Markets investments or institutional financial services.

• Familiarity with industry-standard financial messaging protocols and data formats including FIX ISO 15022 ISO 20022 XML JSON and CSV.

• Experience applying Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) practices including writing scenarios using Gherkin syntax.

• Working knowledge of analysis and delivery tools including Jira Enterprise Architect Salesforce Confluence and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience supporting new client onboarding including configuration data mapping and integration analysis.

• Preferred qualifications:IIBA business analysis certification (e.g.CBAP CCBA or equivalent)and/ora US securities or investment operations qualification relevant to institutional or Money Market products.
