How do you excel in this position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer service including order entry purchasing components and materials and coordinating customer logistics after equipment installation. This individual is also a primary contact for customers regarding after-sales support.

What are we looking for

  • Associate degree in business administration or related field required. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years customer service contract administration or related experience required.
  • Experience with complex high-value products a plus.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required; MRP/ERP experience preferred.
  • Proficient communication interpersonal coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
