This role is responsible for delivering structured training reinforcing service standards and ensuring consistent high-quality client interactions. Responsibilities
Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing customer service training programs
Facilitate in-person and group training sessions
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to team members
Develop training materials guides and process documentation
Ensure alignment with company service standards and operational goals
Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and improvements
Track progress and support continuous skill development
