About the role
Were looking for a Team Manager to join our Customer Service Operations this role youll lead a group of engaged and service-minded team members ensuring they have the structure motivation and support needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.

As Team Manager youll take full ownership of your teams performance and development. Youll plan resources coach and motivate your team and continuously improve ways of working to ensure efficiency quality and engagement.

Youll collaborate closely with other Team Managers and the Customer Service Manager to ensure we deliver on our overall goals for Customer Service Operations across all markets.


Some of the things you will do

  • Lead coach and develop your team to achieve high performance and engagement
  • Plan and prioritize daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service

  • Collaborate with other Team Managers and the Customer Service Manager to reach common goals

  • Follow up on KPIs and proactively identify improvement areas within processes and team routines

  • Drive recruitment onboarding and training to ensure competence and motivation in the team

  • Conduct regular one-to-ones and performance follow-ups with team members

  • Contribute to a positive work environment and act as a role model in line with Instabees values


Your future team

Youll be part of the Customer Service Operations organization working alongside other Team Managers who share a passion for delivering great customer experiences. We value teamwork collaboration and a culture of openness and continuous improvement.

Youll report to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with Operations and HR to create the best possible conditions for your teams success.

Youre an experienced and people-focused leader who enjoys creating clarity motivation and results. You know how to balance structure with empathy and thrive in a dynamic environment where things move fast.

  • Previous experience leading a team within customer service operations or a similar environment

  • Good communication and collaboration skills

  • Proven ability to drive engagement performance and continuous improvement

  • Structured and proactive with the ability to plan prioritize and solve problems

  • Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written
