Job Summary
Full-time On-site (San Francisco CA) $150K$200K Equity
What Youll Do
Ship from Day 1: Deploy to production on your first day and take full responsibility for your code.
End-to-End Ownership: Create specifications solve problems independently and build features from start to finish.
Solve a Wide Range of Challenges: From deploying AI use cases with customers to designing core infrastructure scaling the codebase or supporting hiring efforts you will own it.
Customer Impact: Work hands-on with clients to integrate solutions iterate quickly based on feedback and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Must Have
1 years of professional software engineering experience shipping production-grade code with strong backend development capability.
Strong backend engineering skills with Python including designing and shipping production APIs and databases.
Required
A demonstrated track record of technical excellence (e.g. experience at top-tier companies quant firms strong academic competitions such as IMO/IOI/ICPC or published/applied AI work).
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers translating technical concepts into actionable outcomes.
Nice to Have
Experience integrating AI/ML into production systems (LLMs LangChain RAG function calling multimodal AI).
Familiarity with frontend technologies (React) and cloud infrastructure (AWS GCP Azure) Docker and scalable systems.
Soft Skills (Must Have)
Intensity and high-velocity mindset.
Bias for action and full end-to-end ownership.
Comfort working in a demanding fast-paced startup environment.
Experience
1 years as a software engineer at a highly competitive environment (top-tier tech company or quant firm) with strong backend focus and clear evidence of technical excellence.

Salary: $150K$200K (flexible for more experienced candidates)
