Full Job Description

Regional law firm looking for a Virginia barred attorney. We are located in Rockville MD and specialize in retail collections and commercial litigation. The position may be hybrid or remote depending on candidates location. Current Virginia bar membership required.

The position requires the handling and management of litigation cases including discovery arbitration mediation motion practice client coordination and court appearances. Experience with and familiarity with debt collection litigation a bonus. Excellent opportunity to join an expanding law firm with over 90 employees across four offices.

Younger attorneys have the opportunity to shadow and receive litigation training from more senior litigation practitioners as well as receive courtroom experience.

Starting salary depends on experience. Position offers health insurance paid time off and a retirement plan with firm match.
