Requirements

Technical school certification or equivalent experience
Proven success at the diagnosis and repair of complex problems on HVAC residential systems without daily supervision
Complete understanding of refrigerant cycle
Proficient at reading and understanding residential schematics
Able to be on the on call schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Proven success at educating customers on products and services offered by the company including replacement systems and maintenance agreements
Able to read write and speak English
Demonstrated ability to complete paperwork properly and according to procedure
Valid drivers license
Able to lift pull and/or push 75 pounds
Able to climb ladders and work off scaffolding
Able to sit stand bend stoop kneel and reach for extended periods of time
Furnish own hand tools

Able to complete a pre-employment physical test
