Job Summary

Experience in construction management tenant improvements or ground-up projects.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills (people look to you when challenges arise).
Comfort with construction software Microsoft Office and job site documentation.
OSHPD experience is a big plus.
Flexibility to travel to job sites across Southern California (and occasional out-of-town projects).

Take ownership of projects from the first shovel in the ground to the final walk-through.
Lead and inspire onsite teams and subcontractors - setting the tone for safety quality and teamwork.
Coordinate with inspectors architects engineers and clients making sure everyones aligned.
Keep projects on track on Schedule and up to Golden Constructions high standards.
Ensure every build reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and care.
