Key Responsibilities
Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires including documentation induction
scheduling and compliance checks.
Coordinate and monitor background verification (BGV) processes to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate employee records in Workday ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with hiring managers HRBPs and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth pre-
joining and post-joining processes.
Communicate with candidates regularly to provide updates resolve queries and ensure a
seamless onboarding experience.
Prepare and share onboarding kits welcome emails and orientation plans.
Ensure adherence to company policies HR guidelines and statutory requirements during
onboarding.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and candidate
experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3 years of experience in onboarding employee lifecycle management and background
verification.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
