Job Summary

Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries resolving complaints and ensuring a smooth experience across all touchpoints.
This role demands empathy efficiency and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle dealer and customer calls professionally and empathetically.
Respond to inquiries regarding services and warranty policies.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product usage.
Resolve first level complaints and escalate unresolved issues when necessary..
Dealer and Distributor weekly calling and doing regular surveys as and when required.

Key Requirements:

A bachelors degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in (English Hindi) both written and verbal.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
