Job Summary
Job Title: Performance Test Engineer (JMeter)
Experience: 6 Years
Location: Remote
We are seeking a seasoned Performance Test Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in JMeter and a strong overall background in performance testing. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the field including a minimum of 3 years dedicated to JMeter. You will be responsible for planning designing executing and analyzing performance tests to ensure our applications are stable scalable and reliable.
Key Responsibilities-
Design build and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter

Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks failures and optimization opportunities

Develop performance test strategies plans and workload models aligned with business needs

Collaborate closely with development DevOps and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve performance issues

Monitor system performance across various testing types including load stress endurance and scalability

Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations

Participate in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure efficient and timely test delivery

6 years of hands-on experience in performance testing

Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Apache JMeter

Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts such as load stress endurance and scalability

Proficiency in test scripting parameterization correlation and distributed test execution

Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana Kibana New Relic Dynatrace or similar solutions

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration using Jenkins or equivalent tools

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Solid understanding of web technologies APIs and system architecture
