Job Summary
Looking for a Sr Tooling Engineer who can be based in Chennai
Purpose of the job:
To ensure smooth function of tooling operations in shifts and executing the tool maintenance activities as per production schedule. Reduce tool breakdown and planning of spare parts for tool PM Tool life monitoring and implementation of ECR/ECN modification in tool.

To ensure smooth function of tooling operations in shifts and executing the tool maintenance activities as per production schedule. Reduce tool breakdown and planning of spare parts for tool PM Tool life monitoring and implementation of ECR/ECN modification in tool.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning delivery & quality of Tool maintenance based on production plan.
- Coordinate with internal depts and implement ECR/ECN modification in tool
- Work towards in reduction on MTTR and increase MTBF by ensuring die basic condition
- Co-ordinate and follow up with Quality depts for Tool 3D scanner/ CMM reports and plan tool correction
- Ensure good 5S and safety at shop floor
- Coordinate with Internal departments for QMS audits and prepare / maintain IATF documents
- Responsible for conforming to Helios and Mathesons Information Security Policy. Required to bring to their manager or core team Coordinator s attention on areas of concern regarding information security. Required to abide by the terms of the compliance with respective legislation. Ensure they have familiarity with all the necessary user-level policies and processes as applicable to their role and function. Reporting security incidents and/or weaknesses promptly to CISO or the respective managers or through incident management system.
