Job Summary

The program offers a blend of structured learning on-ground exposure and guided mentorship to help you understand the nuances of sales customer engagement and partner management. By working closely with agency partners and life advisors individuals learn to navigate real-world business challenges and build essential professional skills. The program is designed to empower students to grow into confident capable professionals ready to make their mark in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Business Opportunity Presentations (BOP) and Career Opportunity Presentations (COP) to recruit Advisors and Partners.
  • Manage group sessions recruitment drives and onboarding activities for the Agency Partner Channel.

Eligibility

  • Open to current MBA students.
  • Part-time and distance MBA students are eligible.
  • Academic Background: No restriction on undergraduate stream or specialization.
