Our client is a long-established US-based staffing firm that has been in business for over two decades and is currently experiencing record growth up more than 50% year-over-year with plans to accelerate even further in the coming year.
They:
Operate nationally with a headquarters presence in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Focus overwhelmingly on contract staff augmentation supporting a mix of large enterprises mid-market companies and fast-growing niche clients.
Have a well-developed nearshore delivery model in Latin America as well as recruiting capacity in India and across the US.
Are actively investing in both sales and recruiting headcount and exploring potential acquisitions to fuel the next stage of growth.
The culture is described as entrepreneurial supportive and low on bureaucracy: when someone has a good idea the team moves quickly to test it. Leadership is hands-on experienced in staffing and highly involved in helping close business.
Role Overview
The Technical Recruiter will play a key role in converting new and existing accounts into successful contract placements. Youll be part of a growing recruiting team that supports high-demand clients across technology and related professional roles as well as a rapidly expanding insurance sector and other core lines of business.
The firm is specifically targeting mid-level agency recruiters who already understand the fundamentals of contract staffing and can operate with limited hand-holding.
What Youll Be Doing
Own full-cycle recruiting for contract roles across technology and related professional functions and support other core verticals (including insurance) as needed.
Partner closely with experienced salespeople who are actively opening new MSAs and expanding existing accounts turning those wins into qualified requirements and strong candidate pipelines.
Use LinkedIn (including enhanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Lite) and Indeed as primary sourcing channels supported by additional tools and resources that the firm has tested over time.
Work within a combination of Zoho-based CRM and proprietary internal systems for managing deals tracking activity and coordinating time and placements.
Collaborate with a distributed recruiting team that includes nearshore and offshore recruiters aligning efforts to ensure coverage and timely delivery across a national client base.
Contribute to a high-performance culture by maintaining consistent recruiting activity providing honest feedback to sales on market conditions and helping the team focus on the right requirements.

Prior staffing agency recruiting experience
Comfort recruiting for contract roles and working in a metrics- and results-driven environment.
Proven ability to source and engage talent via LinkedIn and job boards like Indeed.
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with senior salespeople and leadership.
Self-directed accountable and comfortable in an environment where there is support but not much hand-holding.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience supporting clients in technology insurance or other professional services verticals.
Exposure to nearshore/offshore recruiting teams or international talent pools.
Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM/ATS platforms.
