Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office (Toronto) at a minimum 1 days per week - subject to change at any time.
As a Senior Consultant Business Systems Analysis you will be responsible for executing business analysis activities within a matrix organization in order to advance assigned business initiatives and ensure project success. You will act as a liaison between project stakeholders by serving as single point of contact with respect to requirement expertise requirement management process and will actively participate in all phases of a project life cycle. This role requires interaction with multiple AML Management groups as well as other Technology teams.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
5-7 or more years of experience in a business systems analyst role handling user story documentation requirements gathering.
You have experience working within an Agile environment as a member of a technology team responsible for supporting applications involving client and regulatory data. Understanding of Capital Markets products and client onboarding processes (such as AML/KYC Risk Assessment etc.) is a ideal.
You have clear articulation and communication skills detail oriented and organized in nature; can lead in testing of system changes and coordinate User Acceptance Testing by creating and executing Test Plans; will be able to assess research analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with project deliverables.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must have skills:
5-7 years of relevant career BA/BSA experience in agile environments
5 years experience in Capital Markets (preferably AML)
3 years experience using SQL queries
Experience in writing user stories
Experience in requirements analysis and quality documentation
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excel - vLookup / pivot tables
