Roles and Responsibilities:
This role requires an individual with a strong network background with a minimum of 8-to-10 years of experience in roles within the Telecommunication industry at least 3 years in a Business Function Test Lead role with a strong focus on business process analysis user acceptance testing and business systems validation related to Order Capture and Order Fulfilment.
This role will involve a mix of Network - Engineering Support and Administration (including configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure hardware software and protocols) as well as the Integrated Testing mentioned above.
Key Skills and Proficiencies:
NETWORK - ENGINEER SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION
Some previous knowledge or experience with Access and Design of Network Architecture to perform quality checks on the network design and implementation of complex network solutions.
Plan implement configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure hardware software inlcuding updates and network proctocols.
Be involved in the sizing and managing of network capcacity and plan for future network changes.
Monitor network peformance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optiminal performance.
Continuously improve network performance and contribute to new network standards.

* Description: Proven ability to develop comprehensive UAT strategies detailed test plans and manage the entire UAT lifecycle from planning to sign-off. Experienced in coordinating UAT with end-users and business stakeholders.

* Description: Skill in designing and facilitating the creation of UAT scenarios and test cases that accurately reflect real-world business use cases and requirements. Focuses on business value and end-user experience.

Network
Data Services - activation disconnection and modifications.
Configurations in the Access Management Systems (AMS)
Delivery of services on multiple networks
Provide remote support to the on-field technicians for troubleshooting physical installations and DSL sync issues
Perform quality checks on the Network Design Documents
Create user and training documentation
Prepare reports and analyse system data
Integrated Testing
Business Process Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of core business processes workflows and data flows across various departments and systems. Analyze and document these processes to serve as the foundation for validation activities.
UAT Strategy and Planning: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies plans and timelines for new implementations system enhancements and process changes.
Scenario and Test Case Design (Business-Focused): Design and facilitate the creation of business-driven UAT scenarios and test cases that accurately reflect real-world user interactions and business requirements. Ensure traceability between business requirements and UAT test cases.
UAT Execution and Coordination: Oversee and actively participate in the execution of UAT sessions working closely with end-users and business stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to UAT testers ensuring clarity and consistency in the testing process.
Defect Management (Business Impact Analysis): Manage the identification documentation and tracking of defects and issues raised during UAT. Critically analyze the business impact of reported defects and facilitate their prioritization and resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders throughout the validation lifecycle. Effectively communicate UAT progress findings and risks to relevant teams and leadership.
Process Improvement and Best Practices: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the UAT process and contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for business process validation.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver training materials and guidance to end-users participating in UAT. Foster a culture of quality and user-centric validation within the organization.
Data Validation and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy integrity and consistency of data throughout the business processes and system implementations. Develop and execute validation checks to confirm data quality.
Post-Implementation Review: Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess the success of deployments and identify lessons learned for future validation efforts.
Tools and Technology Advocacy: Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business process validation and UAT activities.
Test Data Management: Define and implement strategies for effective test data management ensuring the availability of relevant secure and representative data for UAT activities. Collaborate with relevant teams to provision and manage test data environments.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and assess potential business risks associated with system implementations and process changes. Develop and implement mitigation strategies within the UAT process to minimize these risks.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in roles within the Telecommunication industry with a strong Network background and 3 years as a Business Function test lead with a strong focus on business process analysis user acceptance testing and business systems validation.
Demonstrated deep understanding of business process modelling analysis and optimization techniques.
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive UAT strategies and plans in complex environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and a business-centric perspective.
Exceptional communication interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with defect tracking and management tools.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in developing and delivering training materials and facilitating UAT sessions.
Knowledge and practical experience with test data management principles and best practices.
Understanding of service virtualization concepts and experience contributing to its implementation in testing environments.
