POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate training work schedules and assignments and conduct shift transition meetings.
- Investigate and determine cause of defective work and consult/advise as to corrective measure.
- Develop/Implement process initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
2 years experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Automotive
experience a plus.
- 1 years experience leading/directing hourly personnel.
- Ability to train others on section processes and procedures.
- Lean manufacturing experience desirable.
- Ability to take initiative identifying potential problems and solutions.
- Must have experience using a warehouse management system.
Schedule/ Swing Shift: Friday & Saturdays 1st shift 7a-5:30p/ Sunday & Monday- Nights 7p-5:30 am
Location: Duncan SC
