60% - Strategic Planning& Leadership
Guide the team in translating client goals into strategic media solutions that grow our clients brands and ensure strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation heavily focusing on performance-based media & analytics driven approach to clientsuccess
Collaborate with the VP on strategic marketing approach guiding translation of client goals to the Business Solutions team activation teams and mediapartners
Ensure team is following internal and external processes and cadences for streamlined and timelyworkflow
Oversee final reporting analysis of campaigns alongside other internal teams ensuring data is accurate presenting findings toclient
Apply and leverage attribution models functionalities and benefits to build media recommendations and optimize futurecampaigns
Oversee development ofstrategic framework for quarterly plans participateinteampresentations
Lead the teams understanding of clients business and uncovering of motivations/needs
Seekinnovativemedia solutions to deliver on clients goals and evaluate current health of client business via analysis of relevant business metrics (ROI A/S)
With support from senior leadershipoverseethe day-to-day operations of the Business Solutions Team to ensure consistent and high-quality clientdeliverables
Ensure strategic alignment across all channels and teams to ensure a fully integratedapproach
20% - Client Relationship Development
Advance client relationship by maintainingpositive rapport and championingtrust
Communicate and build relationships with seniorlevelclients
Tap into Horizon Next resources/tools and collaborate with partner and creative agencies to offer clients holistic businesssolutions
Ensure team is anticipatingclient requests guide team in troubleshooting and problem solving with internal resources to proactively providesolutions
Act as clients go-toserving as a trusted and consistentvoice in meetings and providingPOVs
Manage client expectationsaround timelines and deliverables adjusting and reprioritizing asneeded
20% - Team Management & Supervision
Provide ongoing real-time performance feedback to ensure continued teamgrowth
Guide team in setting goals and professional development timelines ensure team members have challenging level-appropriate projects and opportunities to learn newskills
Ensure team members have training and support needed to achieve developmentgoals
Conduct junior team members performance reviews coaching to maximizesuccess
Active role in conversations around staffing needs
Promote the work of both junior and senior team members set a positive teamenvironment
Participate in the interview process for junior teammembers
Who YouAre

Preferred Skills & Experience
Minimum7 yearsof experience in media planning and strategy
Thorough understanding of advanced analytics and performance media
Strong leadership skills and experience developing media professionals ability to manage ateam
Experience in a client relationship management role
Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present and sell through ideas both internally and toclients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and media research/reporting resources

Salary Range:$1385.00 to$1731.00a week. A successful applicants actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon but not limited to skill sets experience and traininglicensure/certifications and equity.
