Job Summary
Your new role
- You support the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience across Allane Mobility Group
- You assist in IT and Cyber Risk Management including risk assessments incident reporting monitoring and oversight of 1st Line activities ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk governance
- You conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA)
- You help develop and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) including response and recovery actions communication plans and return-to-business-as-usual measures
- You assist in monitoring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk DORA BAIT and etc.) and support audits by providing requested evidence as well as contributing to BCM-related trainings
Your strenghts
- You hold a degree in (Business) Economics or have completed a comparable qualification
- You have initial practical experience in emergency or risk management ideally within a financial services institution a consulting firm or an audit company
- You are familiar with regulatory frameworks such as MaRisk BAIS and DORA and you are motivated to actively contribute to their implementation and compliance
- You enjoy working independently are proactive and well-organized
- You have a broad cross-functional mindset enjoy exchanging ideas with others and prefer working in a team over working alone; you communicate confidently in English the main company language - knowledge of German is a plus
