Job Title: RN Pre-Operative

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an RN Pre-Operative for a job in Cumming GA.

Responsibilities:

Perform pre-operative assessments including patient histories vitals allergies and medication reviews.
Prepare patients physically and emotionally for surgical procedures.
Start IVs administer pre-operative medications and ensure all required documentation is complete.
Verify consents coordinate with surgical teams and ensure smooth patient flow to the OR.
Monitor patient status and respond to any changes promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with surgeons anesthesia providers and perioperative teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements:

Active Georgia or Compact RN license.
Minimum 2 years of Pre-Op or related perioperative experience required.
BLS ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.
Strong assessment IV-start and patient-preparation skills.
Excellent communication and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pre-op environment.
