The Role
As a PACU RN youll provide immediate post-op recovery care for perioperative patients using the nursing process (assessment planning implementation evaluation). Youll be a key part of a team that prioritizes safety calm communication and excellent patient outcomes.
What Youll Do
- Monitor and assess patients in the immediate post-anesthesia period
- Implement individualized recovery plans and intervene as conditions change
- Collaborate with anesthesia surgeons and perioperative teams for smooth hand-offs
- Document patient status interventions and outcomes per policy
- Support patient and family education during the recovery phase

Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Active Arizona RN license
- 12 years of RN experience in one or more of the following disciplines PACU Cath Lab Emergency OR Med/Surg or ICU
- Active Arizona RN license
- 12 years of RN experience in one or more of the following disciplines PACU Cath Lab Emergency OR Med/Surg or ICU
Benefits
Sign-on and/or Relocation Bonus is available for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Required Skills:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) - Active Arizona RN license - 12 years of RN experience - Excellent leadership interpersonal problem-solving and time management skills - Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plus - Ability to engage in higher-level management functions as needed - Strong communication skills to routinely engage with team members regarding schedules and client needs - Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
