Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10 business development professionals driving accountability and performance across markets.

  • Own end-to-end sales strategy from lead generation to deal closure with aggressive revenue targets.

  • Manage key accounts and large partnerships to maximize profitability and long-term retention.

  • Drive data-led decision-making balancing partner satisfaction with the companys financial objectives.

  • Build and implement scalable frameworks for performance tracking reporting and business reviews.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Revenue Operations Legal and Central Teams) to deliver business impact with minimal dependency.

  • Foster a problem-solving solution-oriented culture focused on execution over escalation.

  • Champion ethical but commercially astute decision-making protecting company interests while maintaining constructive partner relations.




Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of aggressive sales experience including 34 years leading teams of 10 members.

  • Proven experience managing key accounts or enterprise partnerships in a target-driven environment.

  • Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and commercial acumen ability to interpret data and make quick informed decisions.

  • Experienced in Excel PowerPoint and analytical tools.

  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced high-pressure startup-like environments; experience in hospitality retail or real estate is a plus.

  • Strategic mindset with focus on profitability efficiency and sustainable growth.

  • Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions with limited central oversight.

  • Empathetic leader who values team growth but prioritizes organizational goals and outcomes.


Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in hospitality real estate or retail sectors.

  • Exposure to P&L ownership pricing strategy or contract negotiations.

Proven track record of improving margins scaling teams and driving measurable business growth.
