Build and implement scalable frameworks for performance tracking reporting and business reviews.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Revenue Operations Legal and Central Teams) to deliver business impact with minimal dependency.
Foster a problem-solving solution-oriented culture focused on execution over escalation.
Champion ethical but commercially astute decision-making protecting company interests while maintaining constructive partner relations.
Requirements
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of aggressive sales experience including 34 years leading teams of 10 members.
Proven experience managing key accounts or enterprise partnerships in a target-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Exceptional numerical aptitude and commercial acumen ability to interpret data and make quick informed decisions.
Experienced in Excel PowerPoint and analytical tools.
Demonstrated success in fast-paced high-pressure startup-like environments; experience in hospitality retail or real estate is a plus.
Strategic mindset with focus on profitability efficiency and sustainable growth.
Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions with limited central oversight.
