Responsibilities:
- Handling Business Clients Technical requests
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
- Analyzing clients problems and providing relevant solutions
- Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
Requirements:
- Fluent in German confident in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to communicate with business customers
- Interested in resolving technical issues
- A team player
