A high-volume real estate litigation practice based in Irvine is adding an attorney to handle commercial and residential unlawful detainer matters across Southern California. What youll do

Manage commercial and residential unlawful detainer cases from notice to resolution including hearings and occasional trial work
Draft pleadings motions and discovery and develop practical litigation strategies
Communicate directly with clients and keep matters on track with clear consistent updates
Appear in Southern California courts as needed for hearings or trials
Collaborate with a streamlined team and help supervise support staff when appropriate

Location:

The client is headquartered in Irvine but candidates may live anywhere in Southern California. Choose the setup that fits your style: work in-office remote or hybrid with a flexible schedule.

Compensation and benefits

Base salary is $125000 to $175000 (flexible) plus bonus opportunities tied to production and origination. Benefits include 100 percent employer-paid health dental and vision coverage (after 90 days) a 401(k) with a 4 percent employer match (after 90 days) PTO and internet reimbursement.
