Schedule: Open availability preferred; highest need is 3:006:00 PM MondayFriday
Pay: $18$21/hr (BT) $21$26/hr (RBT)

Help Children Build Skills and Confidence Through ABA Therapy
Autism Center of Excellence is hiring ABA Therapists (BTs/RBTs) to join our clinic team in Durham. We are actively expanding our afternoon coverage and are seeking professionals who can reliably support clients during peak therapy hours.

Your Role
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a structured clinic environment
- Follow individualized programs designed by a BCBA
- Support communication independence and daily living skill growth
- Track meaningful progress using digital data collection
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to maintain consistent high-quality care
What You Need
- BT: Previous ABA experience required
- RBT: Active BACB certification preferred
- Ability to commit to 36 PM MondayFriday (additional hours available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during sessions
- CPR/First Aid preferred (we can assist)
- Strong communication professionalism and teamwork

Required Skills:
Previous experience as a Behavior Technician ABA Therapist RBT or in a similar role supporting children with autism or developmental needs RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain and maintain certification) Strong skills in data collection documentation and communication Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Dedication to delivering high-quality evidence-based care
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)Associates or Bachelors degree in psychology education special education child development or related field (preferred)
