This role is for a civil engineer who owns the truth on sitestructure levels sequencing materials and contractor control.

You ensure the design intent is executed correctly safely and without waste.

This is a field-first role. No excuses. You own quality and outcome.

Minimum Qualification

- B.E / in Civil Engineering

- 13 years site experience

Key Skills Required

Technical:

- RCC basics reinforcement checks shuttering inspection

- Concrete mix & curing blockwork flooring base waterproofing

- Plumbing/electrical routing coordination

- Level checks (auto level preferred)

Execution:

- Daily site supervision sequencing contractor coordination

- Material approval & quality control

- RFI and deviation management

Cost Control:

- BOQ checking bill verification quantity control

Behavior:

- Ownership clarity zero excuses strong documentation

Role Responsibilities: Structural & Technical Checks

- Verify reinforcement as per structural drawings

- Check formwork plumb level alignment

- Approve concrete pour stages

- Inspect foundations retaining walls slope protection

Role Responsibilities: Site Supervision

- Daily monitoring and progress tracking

- Ensure marking accuracy for all trades

- Validate MEP routing before closing

- Maintain site safety basics

Role Responsibilities: Quality Control

- Material testing coordination

- Concrete mix checks & cube testing

- Waterproofing inspection

- Finishing QC: tile laying plaster putty paint base

- Snag closure

Cost & Material Management

- BOQ preparation & validation

- Bill certification

- Check quantities before ordering

- Prevent substitutions without approval

Documentation & Reporting

- Daily site log

- Photo documentation

- Deviation log

- RFI log

- Weekly progress report

- As-built updates

30/60/90-Day Output Expectations

Day 30:

- Understand drawings and standards

- Site mapping & quality audit

- Consistent daily logs

Day 60:

- Own one zone (villa/retreat module)

- Close 60% deviations within 4872 hrs

- Certify contractor bill

Day 90:

- Full execution control of assigned project

- Zero technical errors

- Deliver weekly reports reliably

- Support BOQ as-built documentation

Non-Negotiables

- No unsafe shortcuts

- No vague communication

- No silent errors

- Full ownership of execution
