Were looking for an ambitiousenthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to join our team andto helpdelight our local community with honest tasty food. You will work closely withyour Head Chef to deliver a healthy business and to nurture and develop thekitchen team. You will support in allaspects of the day to day running of the kitchen and work with your team todeliver smooth enjoyable services whilst maintaining quality and consistencyof all dishes.
