The Information & Resource Specialist plays a critical role in supporting people with disabilities and their families by facilitating access to vital information and resources. The Information & Resource Specialist will greet guests and support space logistics at Fello at The Mall. As the first point of contact this role ensures people receive personalized assistance and high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings strong customer service experience excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt their approach to meet the needs of diverse audiences. They are skilled in navigating or learning social legal educational and health-related systems and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholder needs. They should demonstrate strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage shared inboxes resource databases and program logistics. A commitment to inclusion teamwork and Fellos mission is essential.
This position requires a high school diploma and experience in customer service and/or resource navigation. Lived experience as a person with a disability or a family member is preferred. Proficiency in MS Word Excel Outlook and databases is required. #WeAreFello2025
