The Role
Provide evidence-based assessment counselling and brief interventions to carers with mildmoderate mental health needs
Deliver psychoeducation care plans referrals and coordination as required
Work across clinic and outreach settings; engage clients families & local stakeholders
Maintain accurate records contribute to quality safety & outcomes
About You
Culturally responsive and adaptable
Able to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team
Strong communication & rapport-building skills
Confident with digital documentation and data entry
Required Accreditation (one of):
AHPRA-registered Psychologist (Provisional or Registered)
AASW Social Worker (Mental Health Social Worker welcome)
ACA or PACFA registered Counsellor
Also Required
Current unrestricted C class drivers licence
Full Australian working rights
Ability to travel for outreach
Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people strongly encouraged to apply
