Job Title IT Project Management Department Information Technology Job Summary We are seeking a mid level IT Project Manager to lead and support technology initiatives with a focus on ServiceNow Asset Registry implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to drive projects from planning through execution. Job Duties Manage end to end project lifecycle for IT initiatives including planning execution monitoring and closure. Lead ServiceNow Asset Registry implementation project coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Develop and maintain project plans timelines and resource allocations. Facilitate regular status meetings track progress and manage risks and issues. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Monitor project performance using data driven metrics proactively managing risks and with technical teams business units and leadership to ensure alignment. Prepare and present project updates and documentation to stakeholders. Job Requirements 7 years of experience in IT project management. Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid). Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Smartsheet). Hands-on experience with ServiceNow particularly in modules related to asset management ITSM or to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated self-starter mentality capable of delivering high-quality results with minimal working with cross-functional and geographically distributed PMI-ACP or equivalent certification is a Hours: Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
