Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Certified Coder to support accurate medical coding billing and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will ensure precise assignment of diagnosis and procedure codes to maintain data integrity and support proper reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review clinical documentation and diagnostic results to accurately assign ICD-9-CM and CPT codes for billing reporting research and regulatory compliance.

  • Apply correct coding of conditions and procedures in alignment with ICD-9-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting.

  • Ensure coding accuracy to support compliant billing practices and maintain organizational state and federal regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies.
