A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Project Worker Grade VI Social Inclusion HSE Dublin South & Wicklow from which current and future permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
Purpose of the Post:
The overall purpose of the role is to
Coordinate the day-to-day provision of alcohol-specific supports mapped to the Integrated Care Pathway and delivered through partnership in a hub-and-spoke approach across the Dublin South and Wicklow Integrated Healthcare Area.
Line management
Development of digital solutions for referral management and central referral office alignment.
