Job Summary

3form is the leading manufacturer of awardâwinning sustainable building materials and architectural hardware solutions for the Architecture Design industry.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Core AD Estimating:

Completes and distributes material and solution quotations as identified via the RFQ system in the my3form CRM tool.
Ensures quotations contain complete bill of materials cut lists to fulfill project requirements
Reviews incoming RFQs for completeness and contacts Material Consultants and / or customers directly for missing information
Completes and distributes Certified Installer Partner quotes.
Is the main internal point of contact for questions regarding the quote for the Materials Consultants Specifiers and Contractors during the bidding stage.
Makes clear notes regarding exceptions assumptions and project submittal requirements.

Project Management and Execution:

Supports Project Coordinators and Project Managers in the execution of orders.
Works with Technical Support to ensure solution requirements are communicated to the installation team.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret architectural design and fabrication drawings is preferred.
Can read and write fluently in English.
Intermediate Level MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam
Desirable but not required: AutoCAD Revit SolidWorks Rhino SketchUp or similar CAD experience

Work Experience:

2 years of experience in customer service sales support estimating or other relevant work.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a bonus.
