To coach and otherwise guide a team of employees to achieve optimum levels of productivity quality and safety while meeting operational deadlines and We are seeking an experienced Traveling Warehouse Supervisor to manage operations across multiple warehouse locations supporting solar panel projects. This role requires extensive travel (approximately 95%) and strong leadership to ensure accurate inventory control efficient loading/unloading and timely scheduling of trucks. You will lead warehouse teams maintain operational excellence.Job Description
Qualifications
- Travel:Must be willing and able totravel 95%of the time nationwide.
- Experience:3 years in warehouse supervision or logistics (solar or construction industry preferred).
- Skills:Warehouse experience organizational and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in inventory systems Microsoft Excell team lead and customer service experience.
- Other:Valid drivers license - Forklift Certified.

Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple warehouse locations nationwide to supervise operations.
- Ensureall documentation is accurateand inventory is properly controlled.
- Oversee loading and unloading of solar panels and related materials.
- Schedule trucks for timely deliveries and pickups.
- Lead and train warehouse teams to meet performance and safety standards.
- Monitor and control warehouse sites.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with logistics and management teams.
