Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a job in Atlanta GA.

Responsibilities:

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations following established protocols.
Position patients accurately and ensure optimal image quality with minimal discomfort.
Operate mammography equipment safely and maintain adherence to radiation protection standards.
Review images for clarity and diagnostic value before submission to radiologists.
Maintain accurate patient records exam documentation and quality control logs.
Provide compassionate patient-centered care while maintaining privacy and comfort.
Collaborate with radiologists and imaging staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

Active ARRT certification with Mammography credential (M).
BLS certification required.
Minimum 2 years of mammography experience.
Strong understanding of breast imaging techniques positioning and safety practices.
Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
