Customer Data is part of the Tribe Digital Business Banking domain at ING providing the capabilities to retrieve store and validate the data of retail and business customers. Customer Data is a dynamic environment at the core of the banks operations as customer data is processed in a vast variety of processes such as: onboarding a new customer or updating an each of those instances its imperative to offer robust processes with a superior experience for our customers and colleagues.

Your task
We are looking for a data analyst who can work together with your team but also with a high degree of autonomy on the following topics:
Ensure continuity and quality of our data and services. Together with the rest of the team you ensure that quality of our data is improving. You support consumers of our data.
As the business representative you have a steering role in improving data awareness and data quality within ING. You will define the data requirements together with consumers align those with the relevant stakeholders and help the team by translating the requirements into user stories.
Your team
You will be part of the value space Data Quality Governance and Access a group of 3 teams (squads) which are responsible for data & services used by the entire bank. The teams consist of Customer Journey Experts Data Analysts and/or IT-engineers. The teams are based in the Netherlands in 2 locations. Your stakeholders are spread throughout the bank as most squads with a customer process relies on this service.
How to succeed
You are a team player and have proficient problem-solving ability. As a Data Analyst you:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to take decisions based on data and facts;
- Be able to query on SQL
- Solid communication and collaborative skills to interact with different types of stakeholders
- Realization skills with the ability to take on a challenge and make it happen;
- Enjoy working together in multidisciplinary teams within an agile environment
- Are fluent in Dutch and English (verbally and written)
