Join us as an Assistant Human Resource Business Partner


Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in public service As the Assistant Human Resource Business Partner (AHRBP) youll play a key leadership role in shaping the employee experience across our department. Youll work closely with the HRBP to analyze HR data and implement strategic initiatives that enhance recruitment retention workplace culture and performance management.

Youll also lead our Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Services teamssupervising two team leads and supporting their staffto ensure we attract and hire the right people for the right roles.

The Working Environment You Can Expect:

Youll be based in the beautifully remodeled Frontier Building in midtown Anchorage. Our office is designed for collaboration and comfortwith stunning views of Alaskas mountains and a spacious private office just for you. While telework isnt typical we support flexibility and balance through alternate schedules and leave options.
