Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle communication with clients and vendors via phone email and in-person.
- Organize and schedule appointments meetings and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining company databases and filing systems.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry copying and scanning.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
