Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle communication with clients and vendors via phone email and in-person.
  • Organize and schedule appointments meetings and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining company databases and filing systems.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry copying and scanning.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
