Job Description:
Support Staff provide an important role in the transitions program by modeling positive behaviors and training other team members. Support Staff also assists the supervisor in overseeing projects such as periodic deep cleanings of participant areas assisting with clerical tasks and providing input on ways to improve team the absence of administrative staff Support Staff also processes EBT payments and assists participants with account concerns.

We have two campuses differentiated primarily by male-identifying and female-identifying participants. Due to the sensitive nature of some position duties preference for gender alignment of staff with program participants may be considered when necessary. Post-conviction Supervision Status
Successful candidates for this position who are on parole or probation must have completed at least 1 year of supervision have no violations of parole or probation in the past 9 months and not be in a diversion program (e.g. SB416 Treatment Court DUII Diversion Restorative Justice).
