Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinic (Emplify Health West Union IA) is seeking a part-time LPN to join our highly committed and dynamic surgery team as we provide excellent quality care to patients of all ages.

Whats Available:

• Part-time 32 hours/week (0.8 FTE)
• Position duties will include:
  • Scrubbing and assisting on surgeries and procedures.
  • Central Supply including but not limited to washing sterilizing packaging of supplies and instrumentation.
• On call rotation is required including weekend and holiday rotation.
• Starting pay of $22.94/hr and up based on your years of experience as well as generous shift/weekend/holiday and on-call differentials.

What Youll Need:

• Post High School education in a specialized field: Course requirements that qualify to take LPN boards.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state of Iowa.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
• Prior surgery LPN experience strongly preferred but not required.
