Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Application packaging/ Image Management/SCCM
Responsibilities
Image Management
following occasions may direct the need for a new gold build image:
Adding a new named Application in the image.
Upgrading a named Application within the image to a new version.
Speeding up the configuration process when the number of fixes and patches subsequently applied has become unwieldy and slow.
Where a change of operating System and/or architecture (x86 to x64) is required.
new windows with ten (10) image on an agreed-to periodic basis:
The default is one (1) per year per operating System.
new image is made available use it as a basis for the following situations:
New client device installations
Re-installations of client devices as part of incident resolution.

Software Packaging and Deployment
for licensing requirements and decide on product activation based on licensing type.
keys to activate the product will be provided by the packaging requestor.
build of application packaging using Flexera Admin Studio.
package by manually installing on test devices to verify the installation behavior and required functionalities including manual and automated installation and uninstallation behaviors compatibility testing and browser testing in accordance with the Policy and Procedures Manual.
the package on SCCM/Microsoft Intune for deployment.
necessary changes for Applications to be deployed with interaction or automated.

Microsoft Intune
1. Intune Administration & Configuration
Deploy configure and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows macOS iOS and Android devices.
Implement mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies.
Manage device enrollment compliance and conditional access policies.
Configure device profiles (Wi-Fi VPN email certificates etc.) for user groups.
Maintain and update Intune configuration profiles and security baselines.

2. Endpoint and Application Management
Deploy update and monitor applications via Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).
Manage Windows Autopilot for seamless provisioning of new devices.
Package and test enterprise applications for deployment.
Monitor device health patch compliance and OS update rollout.
Administering supporting and Integrating Mobile Device Management infrastructure in clients environment
Manage maintain support troubleshoot and optimize mobile solutions presently in place while making suggestions and adjustments to future needs
Deploying hardware independent images by creating task sequences to support multiple hardware types and OS architectures
Implementing and configuring auto provisioning scenarios through MS Intune
Building driver packages to support multiple hardware types and OS architectures
Assist Users (via telephone and/or e-mail when needed) with a wide range of questions problems and requests with their connectivity needs
Resolve escalations from the IT Service Desk (L1 or L2) and handle client support requests as well as take ownership of product issues and ensuring closure is achieved

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent experience.
