Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute project deliveriesin accordance withscope schedule and budget.
Define projectobjectivesandmaintaincomprehensive project plans schedules and cost estimates.
Plan and secure necessary resources in collaboration with the Resource Coordinator ensuringtimelyallocation.
Monitor and control project performance including cost progress and schedule adherence.
Establish andmaintaina structured and traceable project archive.
Prepare and present regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Motivate and guide the project team to achieve defined project goals and deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives contribute to digitalization of production processes and support business development activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers shipyards and other external partners.
Travel asto support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with Sales and other Business Units to contribute to and support bid processes.
Competence:
Higher technical education preferably within engineering or project management.
Relevant experience from the Offshore and/or Merchant Marine industry.
Hands-on experience from marine-related projects with prior knowledge of Kongsberg Maritimes products considered an advantage.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems as well as project planning tools.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check. Please note that this might affect the offer process or employment.
