Recruitment & Onboarding
Execute full-cycle recruitment: prepare job descriptions post advertisements screen CVs coordinate interviews issue offer letters and employment contracts conduct pre-employment checks and onboard new hires in compliance with local policy.
Time & Attendance Management
Maintain accurate attendance records leave balances and overtime calculations; generate monthly reports for payroll and management review.
Personnel & Statutory Administration
Create and upkeep complete confidential personnel files (physical & electronic).
Handle monthly social-insurance medical-insurance and housing-fund enrollments contributions transfers and terminations in line with municipal regulations.
Learning & Development Coordination
Identify training needs in conjunction with department heads; schedule internal/external programs track attendance evaluate effectiveness and maintain training records.
Office & Travel Support
Oversee reception operations to ensure a professional front-desk service.
Arrange domestic and international business-travel logistics (flights hotels visas itineraries) and reconcile travel expenses.
Employee Engagement & Events
Plan and execute staff activities (birthday celebrations team-building annual dinner wellness days) within budget enhancing employee satisfaction and employer branding.
Other Duties
Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Supervisor or senior management.
Qualification & Requirements
Full-time bachelors degree or above; preference for HR Business Administration Psychology Statistics or related majors.
5 years all-round solid HR/admin experience
Team player who takes the initiative self-driven style minimal supervision needed
Hands-on multi-task master; calm when plates spin fast. Fast learner who gets up to speed quickly
Detail-obsessed data-true confidentiality rock-solid
Fluent in both written & spoken English for daily work
Power-user of MS Office (Outlook Word Excel PPT) and SAP/Oracle
