What Youll Do
Lead motivate and support team members to achieve operational excellence
Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve issues with professionalism
Maintain Boston Pizza brand standards and uphold company policies
Oversee daily operations including scheduling inventory and labour management
Contribute to hiring training and developing team members
Create a positive safe and engaged workplace culture
What Were Looking For
Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience (casual dining an asset)
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
Passion for guest service and team development
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
A hands-on leader who leads by example
