Job Summary
Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office at a minimum 1 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Primary Focus: Process and service client investment requests while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret client requests in accordance with policies procedures and compliance guidelines for both registered and non-registered investments.
Complete client requests through accurate data entry within the book of record.
Manage digital images and servicing activities for client accounts.
Operate information retrieval systems to research and extract records following established guidelines.
Ensure quality assurance by maintaining information accuracy and business process integrity.
Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining departmental processes templates and standards to enhance project outcomes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced SLA-driven environment.
Proficiency with information systems and data entry.
Knowledge of investment products and compliance guidelines is an asset.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
