- Create a warm welcoming and engaging classroom environment for 2-year-olds.
- Support children through daily potty training routines with patience and positivity.
- Implement The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
- Ensure a safe nurturing space where children can learn explore and grow.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding milestones and potty training progress.
- Build strong relationships with children families and your teaching team.
- Work collaboratively with center leadership to support enrollment and classroom success.
- Genuine passion for early childhood education.
- 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months required.
- Potty training experience with toddlers strongly preferred.
- Associate Degree in ECE or related field (preferred) OR High School Diploma/GED (required).
- Must meet all state licensing requirements.
