What You Will Do
We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition this role you will deliver full life cycle recruiting and provide a high-touch personalized candidate experience across diverse sector specialties. Were looking for a strategic innovative and energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead authentically adapt quickly and leverage technology to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end high-volume recruiting processes.
Align top talent with our expanding portfolio focusing on candidates with relevant expertise.
Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and business leaders.
Serve as a Guidehouse Brand Ambassador strengthening our external talent footprint and building brand awareness.
This is a hybrid role requiring work in the London office.
What You Will Need
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role in a high-volume managing consulting or professional services recruiting environment.
Background in an international organization supporting countries such as UK France Germany Netherlands and UAE; must have work council experience.
Strong networking and sourcing skills across multiple technology platforms.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and social media platforms.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced multi-tasking environment and source high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
