About the Role
As the National Manager Property Strategy Projects and Leasing you will lead the ABCs national property function during an 11-month parental leave period. Youll be responsible for the strategy planning and delivery of major property initiatives across a large and diverse national portfolio.
Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer you will oversee capital works national leasing long-term asset planning and workplace projects. Working closely with senior executives youll ensure all property activities support the ABCs operational needs and long-term strategic direction.
In this role youll lead the development of the ABCs Property Strategy oversee major capital and property projects manage all national leasing activities and maintain rolling 5-year and 30-year capital plans. You will also lead the Property Strategy Projects and Leasing team and build strong relationships across the ABC and with external partners.

You are an experienced property or project delivery leader with a strong track record driving complex high-value initiatives in large multifaceted environments. You combine strategic insight with hands-on delivery experience and bring sound judgement to significant property and investment decisions.
You communicate with influence excel at stakeholder engagement and thrive in environments with competing priorities. You are committed to safety governance and supporting the ABCs organisational values.
