About the Job
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience
- Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talents in different fields
- Engage with stakeholders across the business regularly updating all parties on the status of the allocated requisitions
- Communicate regularly with client representatives on the progress of the project specifically highlighting any specific challenges and proposing solutions
- Analyse and understand the changing business needs and competitive landscape and develop strategies
- Identify attract and present professional level candidates utilizing a variety of sources
If you have:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and/or talent management filed
- Fluency in Dutch and English both verbal and written
- Solid knowledge of the recruitment expertise social media recuitment knowledge Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
- Advanced level of MS Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Very good Project Management and Presentation skills
