NyproMold Inc. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience across various IT functions within a global manufacturing environment. The IT Intern will support the team in daily operations projects and problem-solving contributing to the efficient and secure functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist IT support staff with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
* Provide basic technical support for network connectivity printing and common application problems.
* Participate in the setup configuration and deployment of new IT equipment (e.g. computers monitors peripherals).
* Document IT processes procedures and inventory of hardware and software assets.
* Support IT projects by performing research data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
* Assist with user account management including creation modification and deletion of access.
* Learn and apply IT best practices related to cybersecurity and data privacy.
* Collaborate with various IT teams to understand different functional areas (e.g. infrastructure applications security).
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT departments objectives.

Job Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
* Basic understanding of computer hardware operating systems (Windows macOS) and common software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
* Familiarity with network concepts (TCP/IP Wi-Fi) is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.00 - $32.00. Job-related non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience geographic location education external market data and consideration of internal equity.
